Hi - we’re Ray and Jay. Childhood friends who grew up in the Philippines and always dreamed of opening our own restaurant.
They say that Filipino food is the original fusion food. It’s a mix of Spanish, Chinese, Malaysian, & American cuisines. In essence it’s the soul food of Asia. This is the food that we grew up with and will always have a special place in our hearts. We at Spoon&Pork want to introduce an interesting take on Filipino food to our customers. Our philosophy emphasizes the use of natural and local products when available.
Our passions for cooking started at a young age. Whether it was our parents or grandparents someone is always busy in the kitchen planning our daily meals. Our concept fuses Filipino recipes with other dishes that we love eating from other cultures. Spoon&Pork is proud to present traditional flavors that we cherished growing up in the Philippines through our reimagined style dishes.
